Il tuo ruolo sarà duplice e fondamentale: non solo ti occuperai della progettazione di interfacce, architetture dell’informazione e modelli di interazione efficaci, ma sarai anche il nostro punto di riferimento e "advocate" per l'accessibilità.

Sarai la figura chiave per garantire che le nostre soluzioni non siano solo intuitive, ma genuinamente inclusive. Lavorerai per integrare i principi dell'accessibilità fin dalle prime fasi del design, e non come un semplice controllo a fine processo.

Lavorerai in un contesto strutturato, con una gestione del tempo chiara e sostenibile, che ti permetterà di concentrarti sulla qualità di un design che funziona per tutti.

Your Responsibilities

You will work on small and medium-sized projects, lasting a few weeks or several months, with which you will share working methods and tools
You will be dealing with a project management model that will allow you to efficiently organize working times, ensuring a quality result.
You will manage, through the use of participatory design techniques in collaboration with the technical team, the design and development of interfaces, information architectures and interaction models
You will work in a multidisciplinary and dynamic team where you can increase your skills in the field of UX research, UX design and UI design

This is the right role for you if...

Do you have experience as a UX Designer in the field of accessibility
Do you have an in-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and the Agid guidelines
Do you have experience in designing and redesigning complex flows in the field of accessibility
Do you have experience in designing Vocal Interface in the field of accessibility
You know and are familiar with concepts such as Design System, Information Architecture, Wireframe, Interaction Flows, Interactive Prototypes, Requirements Collection, Benchmarks
You know and know how to use one or more of the following interface design tools: Figma, Sketch
You know and know how to use one or more of the following prototyping tools: Figma, Invision, Axure, Marvel, Principle
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop and of the Adobe Suite in general is preferred
Excellent communication skills
